Cinnamon Sugar Recipe (Edible Gift!)

How to make cinnamon sugar | EatingRichly.com

This one almost seems silly to post. I feel like everyone knows how to make cinnamon sugar. BUT, I realize that if you’re not super confident in the kitchen (or just aren’t okay with experimenting and tons of failures, trust me, I do!), you might not be sure about what proportions to use. So here’s a quick little recipe for a childhood favorite. Cinnamon Sugar!

Please don’t ever buy premade cinnamon sugar. It’s such a waste of money. You can make your own in less than a minute. I like to use finely ground sucanat in place of white sugar for the added vitamins and minerals, but you can use whichever you prefer, the measurements are the same. I’ve tried several different ratios, and this is the perfect cinnamon sugar recipe.

While this is of course what you need to make cinnamon sugar toast, it would a;sp be an adorable edible gift in a little jar with a bow or some treat bags tied with ribbon. You can even use it to enhance other edible gifts. You’ll see what I mean tomorrow!

What do you like to do with cinnamon sugar?
