Yogurt snack

I really like yogurt, but I have a strong gag reflex and a weird thing about textures. Eating a whole 1 serving container of yogurt often has me gagging by the end of it. Having some fruit chunks helps with that, so I made my own the other day.

I had a big tub of plain yogurt that I’ve been using for various cooking recipes. I mixed a cup of it with a generous drizzle of honey. Then I took some frozen blueberries, and chopped up some canned peaches to mix in.

The texture probably would have been better with fresh blueberries, but you gotta use what you have. It made a pretty good hot weather snack.

  1. Oh my goodness you too? For some reason yogurt makes me gag and even though it is good I feel like I have to choke it down. I like to mix in granola to help with that! I was never able to drink those liquid yogurt types drinks either.
