I technically only work four days a week. You might think that would mean that I have lots of free time to relax, spend time with friends and follow my favorite tv shows, but this is not the case. Between cooking classes, blogging, festival demos, pets, exchange students and taking care of a house and yard, relaxing is all too rare. The funny thing about being a food blogger is that after spending hours each week on recipe testing and food photography, I sometimes don’t feel like putting much work in for dinner time.
