A sweet and salty bunny treat that's as fun to make as it is to eat. Perfect for Easter dessert!

  • 18 Ritz crackers with whole grains
  • 3 tablespoons Adams peanut butter
  • 12 oz bag white candy melts
  • 9 mini marshamallows
  1. Spread nine crackers with peanut butter and top each with another cracker to make sandwiches. Pop them in the freezer while you prep the other ingredients.
  2. Melt the candy according to the package instructions and put half of the melted candy into a squeeze bottle.
  3. Place a piece of parchment paper over the bunny template (get the link to print it in the post above).
  4. Working one bunny at a time, use the squeeze bottle to trace and fill in the head of the bunny and a little bit of the body.
  5. Coat a cracker sandwich in candy melt and place it on the bunny body, then top it with a mini marshmallow tail.
  6. Repeat with the other bunnies and let set a few minutes until hard.
Recipe Notes

Approximate cost/serving: I find the candy melts cheapest at Walmart (about $2.50 usually) and get peanut butter in bulk at Costco. The total cost of these bunnies for me was about $3.50 so just 40 cents per treat.
Vegetarian: There's no meat in these, but the candy melts do contain dairy.
