
That’s right, it’s time for another series in the Healthy Cooking on a Tight Budget Program! The February series will be our first evening classes. The daytime classes have been packed each week, but a lot of people have asked for evening classes. You ask and I answer! We’ll give this time slot a shot and if it works well maybe I’ll start alternating between day and evening series.
Classes in February include Winter Produce, Soups and Stews, and Easy Side Dishes.
