I’d bake it with honey and cinnamon! And eat it for breakfast, raw with honey. And put it in my green smoothies, too. Thanks!
I’d like to try my hand at a cocktail or maybe some type of cupcake? Not sure but it would be fun trying 🙂
I’d like to juice the grapefruit and use it in a creative cocktail…maybe with fresh ginger! 🙂
I would make lots of grapefruit margaritas and maybe a citrus-y baked good of some sort. Great giveaway 😉
Ooh, yummy!
This is tough, because there’s so much you can do with grapefruit!
Grapefruit pie, or grapefruit marmalade?
I wonder if there’s enough for both?
I signed up for the newsletter, but I’m not sure how to share what I did on facebook. I don’t use it often, and mine is set up as a strictly private one where only friends can see stuff.
I would eat them for breakfast – I love grapefruit.

Rio Star grapefruit are heaven on earth! We lived in Houston for a few years when our family was young, and I have been pining after them ever since we moved. On the East Coast, all you can really get are Florida ones… What would I do with them? If we had any left after the first binge (we have a few kids who would go hog-wild, not to mention hubby and I), I might broil/grill them, make a few salads with them, and probably try to zest them and dry it for muffins or quick breads. If there really were enough left, I’d likely marmalade them or curd them.
I would probably dehydrate a few, eat some. You can do all kinds of thing even candy.

oh goodness….I’d throw a grapefruit party for two and eat all I can before the wonderful, delicious, vitamin-C-packed wonders are gone
