  1. Ooh, yummy!

This is tough, because there’s so much you can do with grapefruit!

    Grapefruit pie, or grapefruit marmalade?

I wonder if there’s enough for both?

I signed up for the newsletter, but I’m not sure how to share what I did on facebook. I don’t use it often, and mine is set up as a strictly private one where only friends can see stuff.

  2. I would eat some with a little sugar for breakfast, make some grapefruit margaritas, and possibly make some sorbet.

  3. 1. Marmalade
    2. Broiled grapefruit salad with grapefruit dressing
    3. Sliced in half with a spoon full of honey on top

  4. I’d put that grapefruit to use for pre-workout fuel in the mornings! So light, refreshing, and energizing. 🙂

  5. Rio Star grapefruit are heaven on earth! We lived in Houston for a few years when our family was young, and I have been pining after them ever since we moved. On the East Coast, all you can really get are Florida ones… What would I do with them? If we had any left after the first binge (we have a few kids who would go hog-wild, not to mention hubby and I), I might broil/grill them, make a few salads with them, and probably try to zest them and dry it for muffins or quick breads. If there really were enough left, I’d likely marmalade them or curd them.
