I just took a quick shot of these before serving them. Eric and I stayed home watching movies and snacking for our “us” day this week. It was so cold and windy out side that hot chocolate sounded like the perfect thing. But I didn’t want just ordinary hot chocolate, so experimented.
1 1/2 cups milk (I used 2%)
1/3 cup white chocolate chips
1 TBS chai powder
Heat milk in sauce pan on high stirring constantly. Don’t let it boil! Once it’s hot turn it down to medium and add white chocolate chips. Stir until melted. Add chai powder and stir once more. Pour into 2 mugs and sprinkle with cinnamon.
